  • CA Title
Either the California Certificate of Title or an Application for Replacement or Transfer of Title. Requires the signature(s) of seller(s) and lienholder (if any), the signature(s) of buyer(s), and a transfer fee.
  • VIN Verification
An Onsite or Mobile VIN verification is a physical inspection of your car, truck, or trailer. The VIN number, odometer, body type model, year, make, model, and emissions label are documented on a form.
  • Out of State Transfer
You have to do an out-of-state transfer when the vehicle you buy has a registration from another state or country. Also, when someone moves, they must re-register their vehicle in their new living location. No DMV Lines can easily help you register vehicles from out-of-state. Requires an application for title or registration (We have these so you do not need to bring one), Out-of-State title, a verification of Vehicle (If you bring your vehicle, we’ll perform this verification), and fees.
  • Transfer Title

  • Duplicate Title
An Application for Duplicate Title used to transfer ownership when the California title is lost, stolen, mutilated, or illegible.
  • RDF

Incomplete Application, also known as report of deposit of fees (RDF) (CVC §1651)– transaction used by DMV to collect fees on an incomplete application.

  • New or Replacement Plates and Tags

Get replacements license plates and registration stickers if they are lost, stolen, or damaged.

  • Change of Address

Change the address on your driver’s license (DL) or identification (ID) card, or on your vehicle/vessel.

For many of our customers, the tax and registration savings that Maine can offer really makes a huge difference every year.
  • MC Number
A Motor Carrier number is a unique identifier assigned by the FMCSA to companies hauling cargo across state lines to assure brokers and carriers identities and that they are allowed to cross state lines with cargo
  • Highway 2290
Form 2290 is required of all heavy vehicles to figure out the taxes each vehicle needs to pay. Every trucker must file this form to pay their Highway Vehicle Use Tax (HVUT).
  • CARB

As of 2020, the California Department of Motor Vehicles ensures the compliance of vehicles subject to the California Air Resources Board’s (CARB) Truck and Bus Regulation prior to DMV registration and your vehicle must meet the compliance deadlines.

  • CA Number
Any motor carrier operating in California needs a CA number in addition to your USDOT number. A CA number is number designated to your business to access your business safety information, inspections ETC.
  • BOC-3

BOC-3 stands for Blanket of Coverage and is a required filings needed to get your trucking authority. The BOC-3 designates a company filing agent that will file legal documents on your behalf.

  • EPN (Pull Notice)
The Employer Pull Notice (EPN) program enables commercial and government organizations to monitor the driving records of employees who drive for them. By monitoring their employees’ driving records, organizations can: Ensure that each driver has a valid driver’s license.
  • IFTA Filings
An International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) is required by all Interstate commercial carriers, even if they don’t drive outside the state. To stay in business and remain compliant, a fleet must adhere to its regulations.
  • UCR for Trucking

This is a new regulation requiring all trucking companies to file a report with the government detailing their customer’s identity, the type of transaction, and the value of the transaction.

  • Corporations & LLCs
Corporations provide personal liability protection, increased security, and easier access to capital. In addition to this an LLC also allows owner profits to be taxed as personal income avoiding “double taxation” of both the company and its individual owners.
